Built in 3 seven storey blocks on Hatch Street, Park Place is one of Dublin’s most prestigious office developments. The three blocks that make up Park Place have a total floor area of 32,000 sq.m. and are interconnected, but also feature three separate entrance lobbies on Hatch Street. The development also includes a retail outlet which will be built into the vaulted substructure of the former Harcourt railway terminus.
As well as the shell & core installation of this development, Update Group were contracted to complete fitouts for three of Park Place’s tenants.
Aviva have moved into Blocks A & C which contains approximately 220,000 sq. ft. of office space. Their offices were designed by HKR Architects and Mott McDonald Pettit.
WS. Atkins designed the fitout for the first four floors of Block B which are occupied by the Investors Bank & Trust.
Floors 6 & 7 of Block B were purchased by the Bank of America, the fitout of their offices was designed by 3KA Architects.
